Medical Lead
At ASOHP, Dr Shwet Singh guides clinical strategy and delivers personalised, longevity-focused care. He applies his expertise in metabolic health, evidence-based lifestyle medicine, and long-term wellbeing to help every client extend their healthspan and optimise how their body performs now and for decades to come.
Dr Shwet brings a rare combination of frontline clinical medicine and elite sport performance. A graduate of University College London, he is a medical doctor who earned a distinction in his Master's in Sports and Exercise Medicine. Alongside his clinical work, he works at the highest level of professional sport. He serves as Head Doctor for Hull Kingston Rovers in the Super League and as a Matchday Doctor for Nottingham Forest Football Club providing acute care, performance optimisation, and injury-prevention strategies to elite athletes.

Lead Clinical Advisor
At ASOHP, Dr Cecilia Murphy leads on clinical care protocols, including the interpretation of investigations and the development of evidence-based management pathways. She is focused on preventative healthcare, helping patients to achieve their long term health goals in a sustainable way. She ensures that advice is clinically safe, evidence-based and tailored to the individual patient.
Cecilia is an experienced GP working in South West London. She studied medicine at Imperial College London and completed her postgraduate GP training at St George’s, University of London. During her hospital training, she worked across a range of specialties including gynaecology, emergency medicine, psychiatry, plastic surgery and breast surgery.

Lead Performance, Exercise & Nutrition Advisor
At ASOHP, Dan leads the design and sign-off of performance, exercise and nutrition protocol ensuring what you receive is built on the same evidence base used to produce champions.
Dan is the Head of Performance & Medical at Hull KR current Rugby League World Club Champions, Grand Final Winners, and League Leaders Shield holders. In other words, he is responsible for keeping one of the most physically demanding teams on the planet healthy, available, and at peak output, week in and week out.

Lead Movement & Rehabilitation Advisor
At ASOHP, Pawel shapes the movement, mobility, and rehabilitation pathways for our clients from those rebuilding after injury or surgery to those determined to stay strong, mobile, and independent well into their later decades. He brings hands-on expertise that ensures every client moves better, not just harder.
Pawel is a movement specialist with over 25 years of experience spanning sport performance, rehabilitation, and holistic wellness. He has worked with a remarkable range of clients from inactive teenagers and top American university scholarship athletes in swimming and athletics, through semi-professional and professional squash and tennis players, to office workers and older clients in their 80s and 90s whose mobility, independence, and quality of life he has measurably improved.

Lead Behavioural Change Coach
At ASOHP, Ed helps clients turn their personalised health protocols into lasting change. Diagnostics, biomarkers and protocols are only as powerful as a client's ability to live them — and that is where Ed comes in. He works with our members to build the habits, mindset, and sustainable routines that translate insight into real, long-term results, with a particular focus on nutrition and lifestyle behaviours.
Ed is a qualified Executive Coach with a Practitioner Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC), and over four years of full-time coaching practice. He supports clients to become the version of themselves they aspire to be — combining the structure of executive coaching methodology with deep, evidence-based knowledge of how human behaviour around food and lifestyle is actually formed and changed.
